Elected to the Board in 1979. Served as Chair in 1981 to 1985.
Currently a Training and Development Coordinator in the North and West Belfast Health and Social Services Trust.


Vice Chair:
Tony Kennedy OBE, BSc (Hons), Msc
Elected to the Board in 1999.
Currently employed as the Chief Executive of Cooperation Ireland Ltd.
Previously Chief Housing Officer at Wakefield Council and Regional Director (NW) of NIHE.


Secretary:
Nuala Kerr MBA, ACMA, MSc
Elected to the Board in 1984.
Served as Treasurer from 1984 to 1989. Formerly employed by the Northern Ireland Housing Executive, IDB, the Department of Finance and Personnel and was Deputy Chief Executive of EU Programmes.  Currently Director of Skills and Industry at the Department of Employment and Learning.

Robert Roulston MSc (IT) MBc
Elected to the Board in 1979.
Served as Chair in 1980 and 1986, also served as Secretary from 1981 to 1985. Currently an Assistant Director of Information Services and Administation Support at Queen's University, Belfast.

Elected to the Board in 1988.
Served as Chair from 1989 to 1995. He is currently an IT Training Manager at Queen's University, Belfast.

Professor Bert Rima CBIOL, FIBIOL, Ir PhD
Elected to the Board in 1979 and has served as Chair, Secretary and Treasurer during his period in office. Former Chair of the Northern Ireland Federation of Housing Associations (1991-1993). Currently Professor of Molecular Biology at Queen's University, Belfast.
